Terms of Service & Store Policy

OVERVIEW

By purchasing from Something Or Other, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our standards.

Shipping Rates: Standard US shipping rates are applied at checkout. International rates vary based on location and weight.

Liability: Something Or Other is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the package is handed to the carrier, the responsibility shifts to the customer and the postal service.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (FINAL SALE)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Order Errors: If you made a mistake on your order, contact us immediately at somethingorotherco@gmail.com. While we will try our best to accommodate an exchange with our current inventory, refunds will not be issued for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (CUSTOMS & DUTIES)

Duties/Taxes: We are not responsible for duties or taxes on international shipments. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with their order.

United Kingdom (Brexit): All orders shipping to the UK are subject to delays or Value Added Tax (VAT).

Foreign Delivery Disclaimer: Due to global shipping fluctuations and local laws, international delivery times may be altered. We cannot be held at fault for a country's current shipping suspensions. If a ban is in place, we may hold your item until the ban is lifted. Please check www.USPS.com for current worldwide restrictions.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

All information obtained during the purchase process is held privately and will never be shared with third parties. By completing an order, you consent to the collection of the data necessary to process your shipment.
