SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

At Something Or Other, our inventory is divided into two categories: Pre-made and Made to Order. * Pre-made Items: These are finished and ready in our studio. They will typically ship same-day or the next business day.

Made to Order Items: To ensure the highest quality and exclusivity, many of our pieces are hand-finished specifically for you after the order is placed.

Please allow 2 business days for initial order processing.

Following processing, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for production and assembly before your item is dispatched.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your item has been hand-finished and passed quality control, it will be handed over to the carrier.

Domestic (USA): Standard shipping rates apply. You will receive a tracking number via email once your label is created.

International: We ship worldwide. Please note that international transit times vary by location. Something Or Other is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred upon entry into your country.

CARRIER DISCLOSURE

While we work hard to meet our production timelines, Something Or Other is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, nor are we liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered," the transaction is considered complete on our end.
